Our wonderful roommate is moving away and so we have a quiet furnished basement room available October 01 for minimum 6 months.
The room comes furnished with a night stand, very comfy pillow top queen bed, and a few plants. The window is South facing onto the garden and has sunlight most of the day. The room is very quiet, especially at night and has a mostly private entrance at the back.
We are an entirely non-smoking, non-drinking and non-drug using home. Also, we don't have a TV or a microwave and are "chemical free", all natural cleaning products and laundry soap, etc. are provided.
We have a backyard with veggies growing and abundant room in the gardens for you to get creative, so if you have a green thumb or love Nature this is the home for you.
The house is in an awesome neighborhood located 5 minutes to the Ocean or downtown by bicycle. We have ample store space in the garage and street parking available.
