I am selling my baby after 9 years. Car is located in Victoria.
It was imported from Sacramento California in 2006 and has never seen a winter.
The car is a very rare automatic (made it a more practical 2nd vehicle so I could justify it to the wife!). It has only 95,000 Miles.
There were only 916 Saleens made in 2001 and this is the only black convertible in automatic. it is number 151.
Like Shelby Cobra and Roush mustangs, these cars are stripped and rebuilt for performance from the ground up. There are very few Saleens in Canada, most are sold in California.
The car is in excellent condition. It runs as good as it looks. It is a real head turner and you will constantly be asked about the car.
It has a 4.6L V8 with 300HP and 370Lbs of tourque.
In addition to all the Saleen options like full racecraft suspension, new airflow system, performance chip, lowering, Saleen pedals, gauges and roll bar, etc etc...It has Saleen supercharger dash gauges (car is not supercharged) and is autographed by Steve Saleen. This car also has the Saleen Speedster Cover to make it into an optional two seater which looks amazing.
