This spacious, fully furnished, two-bedroom suite is located in a new sub-division in Sooke - 5-minutes by car from Sooke centre with a bus stop just down the road.
The suite is a 950-sq. ft. two-bedroom, self-contained ground-level suite. It has a private entrance with covered patio, on-site parking, heated floor in the 4-piece bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, etc.). It also has a full size in-suite laundry. This suite is perfect for a professional or retired couple.
The large south-facing living room overlooks the Strait of Juan de Fuca with great views of the Strait and the Olympic mountains. There is a very comfortable queen size bed in one bedroom and one single bed in the second bedroom - which can easily be converted to an office. Furniture can be rearranged if required.
Three months minimum stay is required for this suite but could be switched to long term if it is a good fit. Monthly rent $1500.00 includes everything (Wi-Fi, water, Gas bill -hot water and cable TV) except for Hydro. Sorry, no indoor smoking, no pets.
Damage deposit of $750 is required. For longer term rentals, previous rental and employment references will be required.
